Don't move to Fairdale if you want a low utility bill

I live on an end unit - which contains 4 bedrooms and a large walk-in closet, my suggestion is to walk into the closet during the cold winter months - you will find (as I did) that the closet is approx - 10 degrees colder then the rest of the house. Additionally, all of the heat goes upstairs, this even happens in smaller townhomes. The wind blows through the electrical sockets as if you were standing outside. These places are not structually sound, and there are cracks everywhere in the ceiling.
