Not the worst place to live, but not great either. Parking can be a hassle if people don't follow the rules; if you have more than 2 cars, forget it. Heating/cooling can be difficult because of single zone in a 2-story apt. (you must close off or semi close some of the exit vents to get the proper airflow - apt HVAC not designed properly at all). Walls are very thin - you can hear your neighbor peeing in the bowl. The maintenance guy is nice but I think overwhelmed with work! Some of the office staff are very aloof. BEWARE when leaving, you MUST do a walk-thru, otherwise they will charge you for every little thing (like they did to me!). Make sure you get everything in writing.

We are moving and I know they are going to take the $500 deposit. I cant wait to move out of this place. Home is suppossed to be a comfortable happy place. Not miserable.
