not recommended, they will keep your security deposit no matter what. HVAC bills very high, poorly insulated, maintenance problems go unresolved. Overpriced, very high cost for water and garbage pick up. Not that nice inside; cracked walls, rubber baseboards, old stained and cut up tile in kitchen, etc. Avoid at all cost, these are not nice people.
