Not worth the money

It is well worth the money to buy a house than sign a lease here. Maintenance staff is not friendly. The sidewalks are rarely shoveled. In the "new" section the interiors are very cheaply made. Carpets are worn, linoleum is lifting, bathrooms have little or no venting. The area is not patroled by management. When ever you need something, it takes forever and the staff always treats you as if you are the bad guy. Dont sign up here...they raise your rent every year at least $25.00.
