Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
poorly maintained grounds because they always hire the low baller to do the work and not someone who knows how to do it right the first time. parking is a nightmare, not enough spaces. lease states that each apartment has 2 parking spaces, good luck when each building has 6 apartments and 9-10 parking spaces. doesn't add up when everyone has 2 cars. enjoy parking in the grass!
