Nice apartments. Good parking. Slow garbage pickup. Garbage bags always littered next to the dumpsters. Security gates always broken. Nice clubhouse. Noisy apartments.

PITIFUL maintenance. Good luck with a callback for anything other than relighting a pilot light.
