Don't be fooled by the good ratings you see. It HAS to be management writing their own reviews as in the three and a half years that we have lived here, we have YET to meet one happy person. We only stay because of the hassle of moving, changing schools, etc. Read all the other reviews and think VERY carefully before moving into Fairfield Hills North and South.
