Not the place to stay for very long

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
The starting place would be the apartment. When you first move in there is no working appliances, takes weeks to fix them. Thats after you complain 4 or 5 times to the main office in Commack. Then there are bouts of no heat but no one comes to fix that, your on your own and end up repairing it yourself, lucky someone in the family has some knowlege of the system the apartments use. The unsanitary conditions garbage that is everywhere because the place is too cheap to get bigger dumpsters for so many famlies.Security gates that never work. The only gate that ever stayed down was the tenents side once in a while. I highly recommend living elsewhere....
