I don't know where to start. I should have realized when I was sitting in the leasing office and the leasing agent recieved a phone call from a resident, and was completly annoyed to help. I am in the process of writing to the better business bureau because the entire year of my life living at Fairfield Hills North was horrible. Every single staff member was completly miserable, unhelpful, rude, and obnoxious. From the main office in Commack right down to the leasing office on premises. There was one agent in the office and she had the worst attitude in the world. You would actually get nervous to let her know something was broke in the apartment you were paying top dollar for. Broken appliances..Good luck, you will live that way for a while....Pool as a luxery, yeah right....always a problem or no lifeguard on duty. When the lifeguard had to go to the bathroom the residents had to get out of the pool, the lifeguard had to go to lunch, we had to leave the pool. There was never pool backup, so paying top doallar to live in a luxery apartment, you will not find here. The park, filthy....the basketball court...lock broke and you could not use. Gym...if you were lucky to have recieved a pass to get in the gym, that too was filthy. Gated community...thats a joke, the gates were always broke. I personally never received a pass to use the pool, gym or get into the gates for the entire time I lived there. I paid to have a garage, but never received a garage opener. There was one really good maintence worker...but they gave him 10 days to move out with his small children. That is how they treated their own employee, imagine how a resident would get treated.
