Two things stand out in this otherwise mediocre establishment: poor management and thin walls. Besides the quarterly visit from the stench caused by a truck emptying the cesspool, you get a relatively clean apartment. The neighbors are definitely not upper-crust, but there were no instances of vandalism or major crime that I saw in my time there, despite some shady characters gathering in the cul-de-sac a few times a week.

The management, or rather the one person who manages the entire complex single-handed, has to be reminded multiple times about anything because she is very overworked. Do not expect fast, accurate, or reliable responses or services. However, with enough nagging, things usually get taken care of.

The walls are thin, so you can't put a TV on the opposite side of a bedroom wall or that person won't be able to get to sleep.
