If you're thinking of renting here, think again. The management and their employees are the worst people I have ever had to deal with. Calls go unreturned, problems don't get resolved and all they care about is getting their rent on time. PLEASE, PLEASE read the lease very carefully before signing it. There are alot of stipulations and penalties you will be stuck with after your lease. Although the apartments are fairly attractive from the outside and have a contemporary look on the inside, don't be lured in by this. Management does not deal with any complaints or phone calls. Just make sure you pay your rent on time because if you are even one day late you will be charged a late fee of 10% of your monthly rent. If you break lease there are loads of penalties and fees. The appliances are constantly breaking down because they keep repairing the old ones instead of replacing them with new ones. I had to wait 2 months for a dryer and 3 months for a dishwasher when the ones in my unit broke. And after all that waiting, they were finally replaced....with USED appliances! If you're looking on the north side, beware the super and his wife. Although they are just maintenance, they come across as if they are the managers here, and from what I've heard they've had a few run ins with some of the tenants here. Their unit is the first you see when entering the north side, and upon viewing it you would almost think you are entering a trailer park. Very messy. The pool doesn't open full time til July 4th and they close it one day a week for cleaning, which is a joke because the few times I have been at the pool it has been filthy. Although pet friendly, I wouldn't advise walking your pet in the community area for pets. No one picks up after their pets and there is dog feces all over.

Lastly, when you leave, it doesn't matter how well you clean your apartment. You will not get your security back. They will charge you for every little ding and scratch, and they usually replace the carpet on your dime. When you do leave, have them do a walk through WITH you while you are in the apartment.

i agree with the above - i live on south side my lease is up in a few monhts and can't wait to get out of here bugs ants, flies everywhere dog crap everywhere, wose management and maintenance stinks. pool okay but alls they care about is getting your money, noboby helps after that you can wait forever to get things fixed. Pool and indoor basketball nice. only two poeple to do maintanance - lousy jobs at that and try to callmanagement no calls back. Dont' waste your time and money here

Very interesting on the maintenace issues, they charge people when they leave, but I moved in to an apartment that was not even ready for us and I am still going back and forth with the Denise about it!!! The work they do is horrible, but they probably pay Adrian like crap!
