First I would like to say that most of the reviews here I swear are by employee's here in the community or friends of the staff or just tooooo new to know any better lol... because most of the time that you do complain about an issue to management ...their answer is...Uh I'll get back to you..(cricket cricket) about maybe 4 days or even the following week later you have to call again..THEN...oh uh manager is busy or not here what can I do for you...blah blah blah.. they aren't really on point when it comes to dealing with issues in a timely fashion...it feels like you are trying to contact the WIZARD of OZ. when you finally get to speak with managment"oz"..the issue is not really taken care of..its always a half @$$ed way of dealing with things..yeah you may get a lot for what you pay for...but think..when was the last time you said to yourself...oh boy as long as its cheap thats all that matters... YOU DO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR...maintanence never really fixes things properly they pretend that they know what they are doing...honestly.. your better off doing the work yourself. You do get the crack heads attempting to play the Joe Citizen role and attempt to conduct themselves properly..but if you have ever watched "Intervention" the show, you could prob film it here. So renter beware.. rent at your own risk.. always be weary of not being able to see an apartment. I have lived here 4 years now and Management changes more than the light bulbs that always burn out in the parking lot. Makes you wonder whats going on...must be getting these people on craigs list. PS.. if your scared of bugs dont live here..its like living in a National Geographic documentary and GOOD LUCK if management does anything about it..What a JOKE!

Amen! Finally someone agrees with me. I felt the same way that management has some people seriously writing these positive reviews to keep face so to speak. Well I got out in May and I have been happy since. Sure, I pay more money for less space but it is well worth it. You should get out too!

You all say you get a lot for what you pay for! That's exactly right. Who wouldnt want to get a lot for what you pay for? I have lived here for four years and previous to that I have lived in three other complexes over the last thirteen years or so. Most of the complexes I lived in were brand new!! I lived in a complex for four years that cost $500.00 more a month over five years ago and it was ten times worse then here!!!!!!!!!! THAT"S RIGHT!! Bugs and fallen down fixtures, frozen pipes and all. The apartment was brand new when I moved in!! No matter where you go their is going to be delays in service. Try reading some other reviews on apartments on Long Island. I have yet to see a place rated well??? Where I lived before here there was no servioe!!! It was do it yourself!!! This is the best deal on Long Island and NO I do not work here!!!! Yes I do get frustrated about little things here and there but over all compared with the other three places I lived in this complex is the best. SORRY!!! If you want perfection go buy a house and then see how much these people did for you. Sorry I may be a bit strong right now but I love where I live and if you don't leave! CANT WAIT TO GET MY THREE BEDROOM!!!
