You have to see this place I have lived in this apartment complex since 2000. I am the first tenant in my apartment. The management team they have in place now is a wonderful addition to the community. They are very attentive to your needs. The apartments are huge. Plenty of room for the family

worst maintenance on the planet Have not been here that long but so far a problem with maintenance. They do not respond 50% of the time, you have to keep calling and calling...maybe they are under staffed, who knows.
It seems quite and apartments are nice.

POOL SUCKS Don't bother moving here if you want to be able to swim in the pool that you pay $2,000 a month for because it's either not open or it opens very late in the day, then the lifeguard will go to lunch and everyone has to vacate the pool. Every weekend the lifeguards call in sick

I live here and it is quite good I have been living here for about a year. I must say I find it a nice place. Of course improvements anywhere are a renters right but believe me it is night and day above where I rented before. Now that spring is here the real reason why this place is a good place

Luxury Living I lived at Fairfield Hills for two years before my house was built. Very friendly maintenance staff, management that truly cares about the tenants and the complex. Roomy, gorgeous unit. No regrets.
