I've lived in apartments in DeWitt, Fayetteville and Manlius and Crystal Tree is by far the best place to live in the area. The apartments are spacious, clean and include all the amenities one could want. The management is courteous, friendly and they maintain the property and the apartments really well. We have been here for over a year and have never had any problems. The one time we had to call maintenance, the manager himself came over and handled the problem right away, and with a smile. The area is beautiful, as the apartments are tucked away from the main road and surrounded by woods on all sides. Not to mention the fact that the rent is quite reasonable considering all you get. I rented an apartment that was nowhere near as well-kept or spacious for nearly the same price. We consider ourselves quite lucky to have found such a gem.
