We got an awesome deal, 2 months free, $250 off the first month. The community is beautiful, the apartment is very nice. There is plenty of room for the 2 of us in the one bedroom apartment. Closet and bathtub are HUGE. We had some minor things that needed attention (small area of peeling paint, loose floor tiles) and the maintenance staff was there within hours, very friendly. The front gate isn't always working, meaning it's usually open which isn't so bad, then you don't have to wait. The staff is very friendly, even after we moved in, not just because they were trying to get us to sign the lease. Wal-mart is right across the street. Easy access to route 9 and route 84 which get you where you need to go.
