I lived at the Jefferson at Merritt park appartments for two and a half years and have to say in summary that I totally reccomend the place as a safe, clean and well maintained place to live.
Management were very friendly and always fast when it came to maintennance issues. The appartments were quiet although I was on the 2nd floor and some friends and colleagues who stayed there complained about excess noise on the 1st floor appartments.

The pool area is great but does get busy during the summer months. The management are quite strict about covering the pool once September arrives, even if there are still some weeks of summer left.

The Fishkill area is quiet and it takes a car trip to Beacon station and an hour and fifteen minutes on the train to get to NYC but I worked nearbye so it was good for me. If you want somewhere within walking reach of nightlife and a large choice of resteraunts you may want another area.

The appartments are safe. So much so that I regularly recieved deliveries from Fedex or the US Post which were left on my doorstep for some days if i was away. Always they were safe and sometimes a neighbour would pick them up for me.

That being said, the appartments are great and if I moved back to the Fishkill area I would have NO reservations about renting here again.

still better than mountianveiw apt old pervs live there watch your kids.......can tell management wrote reveiw

I am living in this place.. office staff sucks.. problematic on every detail. Parking is a NIGHTMARE
