Just recently moved here and I regret it. At first management seemed so friendly but after moving in, management is anything but that. The remodel apartments are cheap and not worth the rent cost. One of the managers kept harrassing us about the noise level coming from our apartment, turns out they were mistaken about which apartment it was coming from. They called us on our cell phones with an attitude instead of coming to check if there really was disturbing noise. After 4 times of doing this, they came to our apartment and saw for themself there was no noise. We have a TV we watch but at normal volume level. As a matter of fact one complain was when everyone in the apartment was sleeping but management was never sinsere but rude instead. The parking is assigned but tennants park wherever they want creating a safety hazzord. I can hear my neighbor talking on he phone. When they needed to come in the apartment they woke up my baby and came in while I was finishing getting dressed. After speaking to them we were told this matter would be resolved but yet still continue to receive complaints. The fake granite look is still under construction and is cheap quality. Not worth it, Go check out one of the nearby apartments like Riverbend or Van Wick.
