Ok but not worth the high rent

Well i have mixed feelings about living here. One of the main reasons i did move here (in Nov.2007)was because i have 2 small dogs and most rentals don't allow dogs let alone 2 so my choices were slim. There are alot of dogs here & although there are dog trash stations quite a few owners fail to pick up after their pooches which is disguisting! Its a 360 unit apt.development which is pretty large and i don't feel they thought out a few things like parking for one,you get 1 assisgned spot but then you have to park any extra vehicles in unassigned spots however if you don't get home early or go out and return late your outta luck. Most of the time cars are parked along the curb which isn't safe.Carports and garages are available to rent but its an extra added cost. There is a clubhouse with a pool, gym & movie room but again not large enough for the amount of people here, the gym's equipment is ok but a bit outdated and run down, the pool is way too small and gets crowded(they have purchased new patio furniture which is nice-for now). There is also a tennis & basketball court(which has a broken rim).Seems alot of residents also don't understand how to put trash in the compacter either, the garbage area always has trash or some furniture laying outside of it.I don't regret moving here its close to major highways & there are ample stores & gas stations etc.close by. I just wish I was getting a bit more for my money. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
