I found the management staff to be absolutely horrible when it comes to moving out. They tried to find any excuse - anything - to deduct from my security - ask anyone who has moved out of the apartments... they will say the same thing. If I'd only known before I signed a lease there. I just moved out after two years and I'm waiting to see what they try to charge me for - I hear they try to make even normal wear and tear an issue - which is against the law. My apartment was left cleaner than when I moved in. It's absolutely horrible how they treat you and try to take away your security deposit with meaningless deductions. I plan on going to court to fight each and every single one.

They do charge you for use of the pool, which is ridiculous. The pool isn't worth it. My daughter was harassed many times when she went to the "playground" on site - old men asking her what she was doing there, where did she live, etc. which was uncalled for.

The only nice thing I can say is the maintenance issues were dealt with promptly. However, I asked for months and months to have my dishwasher replaced and they wouldn't - I tried everything to clean it and they still wouldn't. I've come to know the management and they will probably replace it after i leave. Go figure.
