This place not only looks like an army barrack, but the owners and management staff think they are commanders-in-chief. They are rude and nasty all the time. They never repair things properly and blame the tenant for everything, especially at move out time. The grounds are swarming with cats. Another thing is that you can't drink the running water; it's so foul that I wonder if it is harmful. You must buy bottled water week in and week out just to drink or cook.
