We moved in here while building our home-temporarly. It has to be the worst place I've ever lived in my life! Every other week they came to spray for roaches-we lived in Apt 6M. You'd turn on the lights and no less than 60 would scatter out of the kitchen every morning as I went to get ready for work. They charge you for everything! A/C rental, pool pass was $10 per person, then you rarely got swim time because the teenager running the pool had to take breaks. We had to send our cats out of there after 2 weeks of living there due to the spraying of roaches-one had asthma-and they WOULDN'T reduce the rent even though they weren't there!!!! Their maintenance people came in to do work on the plumbing-made a HUGE mess with the drywall all over the place-and helped themselves to our food and beer in the fridge! Management DID NOTHING! Oh and the nasty owner! She's a witch! She found fault with EVERYTHING at the time we left! (I OWN a cleaning business to boot) They charged us $75 to clean the bathroom, $900 to repair the carpet from dog urine-we DIDN'T HAVE A DOG! For screens THEY left in the apartment in the closet prior to us moving! Lights were non working in building 6's hallway more often than they were. The owners daughter had a master key and let herself into the apartment one morning and my spouse told her to get the hell out-NO notice she was coming in! Stay FAR AWAY from here-there's MUCH nicer places out there. Oh and the 3 bedroom"townhouses"' IBM rentals-the people in there used to have keggers ON THE LAWN at 2 am-management DID NOTHING even with ALL the complaints!
