Older complex.....new doors/windows/appliances replaced only when tenant moves out.
Only 2 washers/2 dryers in each building which is not enough and often break down. Heat/water included in rent which is great however rent goes up considerably each year one lives there. Owning a pet is allowed but complex overcharges tenant $75 per month which is ridiculous.

| Renovations have been ongoing since 1998. Every resident has the option to move to a unit with upgraded closets, interior doors/trim, and windows for the SAME RENT. Small buildings have one laundry room with 2 washers/2 dryers. Large buildings have laundry rooms throughout the building. Rent includes heat/hot water/cable tv/storage unit/pool/car wash area. Rent is very reasonable compared to area complexes. Pet charges of $75.00/month designed to limit number of pets on property and, again, very reasonable compared to area properties. | |
