These apartments are old but management renovates each as old tenants move out. Fairly quiet until vacancy rate became high, then it seems all screening restrictions were eliminated and less than desirable tenants started moving in. Dog policy not strictly enforced. Washer/dryer in laundry area were old and frequently not working. Rent increased substantially each year but service stayed the same or decreased slightly. Wouldn't recommend.
