My husband and I are 5 year tenants at Mountainview Garden Apartments. Every once in a while, I like to "shop around" to see if we're missing anything out there. I gotta say, NO, we sure are not. We love Mountainview. It is a family owned complex, so you don't have any big, cold, corporate attitudes here. It is a clean, beautiful, quiet and peaceful place to live. They are pet-friendly, which I love. I also love that the pet rules are strictly enforced, so you don't step in "stuff" while enjoying a walk around the property. There is a truly beautiful mountain view and at this time of year, you can't help but enjoy it. So many amenities are included in the rent that it makes it very worthwhile to stay here. Most people are friendly and caring and watch out for each other. Rental rates are certainly fair, especially in view of all that is included. We have enjoyed our residency here at Moutainview and plan to do so for many more years.
