I have been here for almost an year and I never found any problems except occasional washer/dryers break down. When I moved in, I got a renovated apartment. I did not find any problems with the unit. My only complaint is walls and roofing is very thin and you can hear all kind of sounds if your neighbors are noisy. Management is generally friendly. Parking is sufficient enough and the snow removal is pretty quick. Grounds are well maintained.
I have a complaint/suggestion for the would be tenants here. Strangely, you will not get Blinds/Curtains when you rent and you have to FIX them all your self. It may take well over one day to fix them. And you will be fined if you don't fix.
