We lived here for several years in one of the older apartments. Never once were we offered replacement windows (MOLD on ours because they were old), new carpeting (old when we moved in) or anything else that was past it's prime. If a complex is interested in keeping it's renters they have to update, not wait until they move out. Rent kept going up up up and again, NO improvements ("We're working our way around to you, was told that for YEARS) Walls and floors really are thin, we could hear the guy underneath us SNORING, how's that for thin' Washers break down frequently.
Grounds well kept, good snow removal, nice office staff but not really helpful
Too expensive for what you get, that's my overall opinion.
