Avoid this place at all costs I am currently living in this place and it has been deteriorating over the last couple of years. There is grossly insufficient parking and the office staff is becoming a nightmare to deal with.

Older complex.....new doors/windows/appliances replaced only when tenant moves out.
Only 2 washers/2 dryers in each building which is not enough and often break down. Heat/water included in rent which is great however rent goes up considerably each year one lives there. Owning a pet is allowed
