The apartments are larger than you'd find in the area and HUGE balconys are nice. There are some really nice tenants and workers, its a shame the management is so poor they are downright horrible. It is very evident that tenants are nothing more than replaceable rent-roll to the landlord who has no intention of making people want to stay more than a year or 2.
The surrounding grounds are delapidated, there are weeds, a pile of dirt that used to be a pool, and a cul de sac with a community pool that costs several hundred dollars for annual membership.
