New management SUCKS.....

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
The old management was not so good either.
Find all sort of roches at one place.
Out of 3 Historical Elevators, one is always out of service. Complained about exhost fan in bath room and kitchen 3 months before, not repaired yet.
