Location wise it s very convenient. Everything is nearby... Library, grocery, pharmacy, LIRR, Bus service, Subway etc. Most of the people are nice. Building is very old and hence the problem with the elevators. Heat is centrally controlled in the building. So you can t adjust it effectively in the apartment. There is a mouse and roach problem but luckily I have none in my apartment. I tend to keep it clean and food covered. Few supers are arrogant. Security guard at the building is a nice guy. Residents are mostly immigrants and nice people.

Parking is tough to get and at that its really nothing great. They could easily maintain the building lot better than what they are doing right now. I would definitely suggest people to take a look.

I have very different opinion of the apartment. There were serious security problems in the apartments. There were no security cameras inside the elevators which was not good for ladies and small children. I saw some of the people observing things from their balconies, sitting in the cars outside the apartment so they can observe easily ladies and small children going out and coming in the apartment, and same people were good friends of security guards. This was very bad, I left the apartment finally. It was really scary experience. Its really hard to understand how such thngs can happen in an apartment located in the heart of areas like flushing. Management must put video cameras inside elevetors and security people should not encourage bad people.
