A very filthy apartment. Once I caught SIX mice on ONE glue trap, in ONE day! The roaches were crawling all over the apartment, the water often came out a brownish color, very often the elevators would be OUT OF ORDER, the super & manager were very dishonest & rude, they REALLY tried to screw you up and try to use all kinds of scams! It was a nightmare living there.
