I lived in this apartment for 3 years and this is the worst I have seen yet. Skyline and Carlyle Towers are under the same managment and their apartments are dirty too, this place is a disaster, there is mice & roaches everywhere, the water is dirty, the elevators are frequently out of order, the super & managers are very dishonest & lazy, the garbage from the compactor stinks up the whole apartment, and the people in the main lobby and outside of the building are talking & arguing even after midnight.
