I lived in Parker Towers building 2 for 1 year. When my lease was up, I cleaned up, patched any holes from pictures, basically it was in GREAT condition when I left. I even took pictures. I've been waiting almost 120 days now for my deposit back. I have called and spoke to both the rental office and the management office..to no avail. I have now put in a complaint with the better business bureau and I will, if necessary, take them to small claims court.

I, too, have a claim against Parker Tower for lack of return of security deposit. Unfortunately, the State Attorney General Andrew Cuomo is just as bad as Jack Parker Corp! Joe Abattiello at the management office promised me 100% of my security deposit back on 3/12, and I never got it and the coward does not return calls. Any renter would be foolish to rent from this rat and roach infested building. They give you vermin while taking away your security deposit. Long time tenants warned me about them doing that!

I wrote in on 9/28 about my security deposit refund...I'm still waiting for it nearly 1 year later. After numerous calls to management -- both Parker Towers and Jack Parker Corp, I still have no answers or refund. Anyone planning a move out should seriously consider skipping the last month's rent and calling it even.
