Word of advice...if you are looking to be treated like a valuable, paying customer this is not the place for you!!! The rental office is horrific, as is the management office. For the price I pay I would expect to have my phone calls returned. This is a place where they do not have their act together nor do they care to. They'll do what is convinient for them, even if you are trying to be proactive. Save yourself the trouble, seriously.
