I have lived in Parker Towers for a little over two years and can't wait to get out. I have rented for over 30 years and never seen a management so inept and unethical. They simply do not care about their tenants. I live under an uncarpeted apartment, but was told that all apartments were carpeted to cut down on the noise. The noise is constant. I also live under a pit bull that goes ballistic at least twice a week for up to 8 hours of nonstop barking and howling. Worse, I have a bathroom that has never had an operating ventilation system, presenting a dangerous health situation. Elevators are always out of order and unsafe. One can only wonder how they pass inspection. The bathroom and kitchen are half a century old. The parking garage situation was so bad I moved my care to the building across the street. It took three months for Parker to get my $200 parking deposit back. I have little hope of ever getting my apartment deposit back without a fight. I have complained over and over again and get just plain lies from the building office. Stay away from this place. It's a disaster and getting worse. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

"I have little hope of ever getting my apartment deposit back without a fight. " When you move, do yourself a favor and withhold the last month's rent. I've waited 11 months to get my $1200 security deposit back on an apartment that was left in good condition at the end of my lease.
