Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
The elevators are dangerous since they are only patched. The ventilation systems are filthy. The air quality is at times awful. We've been here one year and we are leaving.It does include electricity now but as I understand we will have to pay seperately for it. If thats the case it's overpriced, in my opinion.
