Another fed up resident here. I can't really sum up any better the problems with the management office than all of the previous posts, but I am out of here. I'm terminating my lease early, and dont care about my security deposit (as if I'd ever get it back anyway)
Roaches, broken elevators, non-existing staff (those who are there are useless for even the simplest question) The two times I've needed something repaired in my apartment, I felt like I was committing a sin asking them to come fix anything. The woman who handles repairs must be the ----- herself.
Do yourself a favor... save some money and move elsewhere. Parker Towers is extremely overpriced, and their service does not even come close to public housing.

Also, I strongly wonder about these posts saying Parker Towers is great. I strongly suspect that these posts are coming from the management/sales office, and not true residents. Don't fall for the sales pitch!

I have to agree. When I lived there, even the long time residents were negative about what the buildings had become. The only people who might be happy are the ones with the smelly dogs, because I doubt any other building would let them move in!

Another Unfortunate Parker Resident I am another unfortunate resident of Parker Towers con games. They made me believe that it's such a wonderful apartment complex and I fell for it. I moved in June of 2008 and I plan to terminate my contract at the end of my lease which is May 31st of this year. However, they are insisting that I have to pay my last rent instead of using my security deposit. In any other circumstances, this would have been ok with me, however, I do not believe that they will not come up with phony reasons to not refund my security deposit later on. Is it legal for me to use my security deposit for my last rent, please advise. Thanks.
