i don't know whether it's the recession or the reviews here, but they seem to be getitng desperate.
They now have a note in the elevator offering tenants $750 if we con our friends into renting at Parker Towers.
The note says, "Please tell your friends about the great apartments at Parker Towers and we'll reward you with $750 big bucks after they move in."
Under that, on a bright orange background: "Friends are one of the greatest assets to have in life".
What Bullsh!t.

wow you have so much hate for this building, but you've been a tenant since 1996? I dont get it. I just moved here, like every building in NYC, it has issues. But I moved from a building in Woodside that was a lot worse and that was a Co-Op.
Is there a perfect apartment complex out there, not sure, perfect for you might be hell for someone else.

I've been here for 5 yrs and I have to say it wasn't that bad til maybe a yr ago. Management really sucks. They charge late fees when its not your fault. The general manager is rude and very unhelpful. they are trying to con as much money as possible. I'm leaving this place asap.
