I have lived here since I became a law student back in 2004 and my father co-signed the lease with me. Since then I have gotten married, graduated from school and have always paid the rent on time. Now, they are trying to kick me out by not renewing my lease with the crazy accusation that I DON'T LIVE HERE and that I'm renting the place out to people unknown to them. I have no idea where they got this crazy idea, but all I can say is that they need to get their facts straight before taking legal action to kick a perfectly good tenant out for groundless reasons.
I know the economy is rough but kicking good tenants out to charge new tenants higher rent is disgusting and I will NOT renew my lease with them for this reason amongst others: repairs are never followed through, elevators are always slow or broken, and the attached parking garage wrecked my car and took forever to pay me for the damages.

Jack Parker is turning over in his grave knowing what these rats (the ones that run the building, not the ones that run all over inside the buildings) do to their tenants. The one year I put up with the rat and roach infested building, I came home from work one day with posters plastered all over my door that legal action was being taken to evict me...and I had never been one minute late with the excessive rent. They claimed their computer made an error and undercharged me one month...so without any warning they just threw up those signs all over my door. They are the lowest of the low.
