I have no problem with my doorman, one is particularly nice. I do have an issue with the elevator door opening when the floor of the elevator is one foot down and not level. I hate that I hear the stairway doors slamming or that I can hear my neighbor on her cell phone 24 hours a day clearly through the wall. The rent is too high for my alcove studio and I realize this now after moving in and realizing what I should be getting for my money. And I LOVE that before, electric was included in the rent and now they are going to start charging all tenants going forward. And lastly, my coworker referred me to Parker Towers and he is entitled to a referral award of $750. They never gave the award to him and conveniently lost the record that I put him down as my referral.

I totally agree I reffered a coworker too and they never gave the money either. I seriously recommend when anyone recommends someone(why would you?) always get a letter from them saying thank you for thr referral the 750 will be deducted from your rent. Even if this seems rude as they conviniently loose the refferal.
