DOES NOT GIVE BACK SECURITY DEPOSITS!!!! We left place in perfect condition and Alex told us we would get it back for sure because the place looked great.... and its been eight months and he stopped taking our calls and no deposit. We even installed and left our own garage door opener... very very disappointing. DONT RENT HERE!!!

Totally agree. This place is run horribly. There is no one who seems to be in charge and it could be better managed by monkeys! The owner is your typical absentee landlord. These places are over-priced. Have you ever heard of a place that charges the renter to install things like garage door openers and microwaves? The renter has to pay for these "upgrades"...so technically the renter OWNS these "upgrades", but how on earth are you supposed to be able to take these things with you when you leave? So essentially, you are making an investment in this cheap owner's property! Basically, you will see right away, this place has been open for over 3 years now, and they STILL don't even have a sign at the street! Try giving directions to visitors! Oh, and they said they'd be installing a gazebo and all this other nice stuff...flowerbeds and stuff...WHERE ARE THEY? I'm wondering if this owner ran out of money! He could be the next person on the list for a foreclosure!!! These places seem to have been doomed from the start.
