Happy And Content We have enjoyed our years in the apartment very much. It is a very pleasent place to live. You have done a good job in putting these apartments up. They are very attractive to newcomers arriving in town and to those older individuals that have let go of their homes and downsized.

Happy to be at The Vineyards When we moved into this complex, it was brand new. We love our townhouse! Plenty of room and wonderful amenities! The garage is great in the Winter. We really enjoy sitting out on our front porch in the Summer and watching many other residents doing the same thing.

BEWARE!!!! DOES NOT GIVE BACK SECURITY DEPOSITS!!!! We left place in perfect condition and Alex told us we would get it back for sure because the place looked great.... and its been eight months and he stopped taking our calls and no deposit. We even installed and left our own garage door opener...

SUBSIDIZED HOUSING These apartments are pretty nice compared to other subsidized housing. Heater kind of stink cause they have little knobs on each one instead of a main thermostat to control the heat. They have new siding and windows though.
