Its ok all things considered I have been here for over two years and its ok. They give a lot of heat, and in the summer the gardener really spruces the place up.When I called maintenance for a clogged sink they came the same day and took care of it. Free parking can be a challenge but

my roomate and I are St Johns law students and we have had no problems. Because the apt are well built we can study in our apts cause its quiet. There is a social scene , for when we want to unwind, abd easy transportation into Manhattan . we are happy here.

Peaceful and Safe I live in a duplex apartment and is is beautiful, safe and quiet. Very nice community, friendly staff and pretty grounds. I love Fresh Meadows and am not planning on moving anytime soon. I wish I could buy my apartment.
