Great Apartment, Kind Neighbors The apartment is clean, the staff is kind and helping. The environment is quiet and calm most of the time. Only downside is that there is no pets allowed.

my roomate and I are St Johns law students and we have had no problems. Because the apt are well built we can study in our apts cause its quiet. There is a social scene , for when we want to unwind, abd easy transportation into Manhattan . we are happy here.

Peaceful and Safe I live in a duplex apartment and is is beautiful, safe and quiet. Very nice community, friendly staff and pretty grounds. I love Fresh Meadows and am not planning on moving anytime soon. I wish I could buy my apartment.

Too Expensive for what you get I just moved out last week. VERY noisy neighbors who didn´t care about anyone but themselves.
