We have lived at Riverscape for 2 months and so far there has been nothing to complain about. The apartments are quiet and cozy and for an apartment complex we hear nothing from our neighbors, which is a feat as our neighbors have quite a few children and a dog. It is nice to have a laundry room on site and it is very inexpensive. Usually we'd have to pay $2 a machine but here it is $1 . I have especially been impressed with the maintenance staff and their attention in removing snow.

That being said there are a few things that could be improved. One thing I think could be better is the lighting in front of and around the apartments. I have a hard time seeing when I walk down the stairs and out into the lot. There is a motion sensor that comes on when you walk outside but I wish it was a lot brighter. I realize this is probably on a sensor so as not to disturb residents with a bright light 24 hours a day but it is still hard to see. I also wish there were more lights on the inside near the mailboxes and stairs.
The second thing is kitchen space, there are plenty of cupboards but some are very tall and hard to reach.

All in all I would recommend Riverscape apartments to anyone moving to Fulton.

Once again, you must of been paid by Sangeeta because this place is a dump! Just give it a few more months and you will see for yourself! Mold, bugs, and dog poop are some of the lovely things you deal with here at Riverscape. Its funny that you received a response from the property management because they don't respond to anyone obviously unless its good news. Nasty apartments and would NOT recommend to a homeless person!
