I have recently become a new member to the Riverscape Apartments community. I moved into a true turn-key operation. My apartment is beautiful, clean, and a real pleasure to live in.

Although these apartments are older (built in the 1970 s) they are well maintained and have a flair of the 1970 s building architecture, (which I personally appreciate the unique design and layout that separate these apartments from others in the area). Although the kitchen cabinets are located a little higher than today s styles and layouts, the owners have been upgrading and continue to upgrade all of the apartment units with new windows, better quality insulation, and performing other ongoing going efforts to improve the quality of living for the tenants.

My neighbors are wonderful individuals who welcomed me and my family whole-heartedly. It is quite clear that management and maintenance truly care about the tenants and the property upkeep. They have made my move in experience a positive and smooth transition.

I was aware of the location of this property prior to moving in. That is to say that this property is located between two highways (Rt. #481 & Rt. #57). Therefore I expected that there would be a certain amount of traffic noise. However, to my surprise, it is amazingly quiet and peaceful. I can appreciate the sounds of birds chirping.

The general apartment complex s activity is calm and neighborly. The tenants are friendly upstanding citizens. The children who reside at Riverscape play nicely together and seem to get along great together. I appreciate observing the parents involvement (family unity) with their children.

The landscaping and property upkeep is beautifully kept and more and more property projects are being performed in an ongoing manner. Although I have only lived here for a short period of time, I am truly impressed with office management and maintenance management, and I am proud to be a member of the Riverscape Community.

Someone seems a little suspicious, unreasonable, and quite possibly overly judge mental. I can assure you that I am not concerned with damage control, but it does seem to me that some individuals are trying to create damage for this community. The reason I have learned of upcoming projects for this property is because I performed the research prior to moving in. I have recently moved from my home of twenty years. I searched out many apartment complexes locally and in the surrounding areas. I???ve looked into single dwellings, duplexes, and a variety of apartment homes. I have asked many questions pertaining to all of the places I???ve inquired about to learn about the history of the complexes and/ or single dwellings. I???ve learned about the area(s) as well as about the communities, building structures, utilities, locations, the surrounding environment, and yes, upcoming projects (as well as past projects). I researched the above items because I wanted to make sure that this move would be beneficial for my family. I prefer to deal with open-minded people, but I do understand that there are occasionally those who are more narrow-minded and might not be able to appreciate the concepts and/or ideas for change that this complex has envisioned for the residents that choose to live here. Some of the upcoming projects that I have been informed of include landscaping improvements, laundry facilities upgrades, specific areas for pets and pet owners to utilize to improve pet sanitizing areas, places to picnic outside, among other family oriented ideas. As I mentioned in my last posting, new windows and better quality insulation is currently taking place, as well as roofing projects. One simply needs to look out their window here at Riverscape to actually see such projects taking place. It gives me great pleasure to be able to give such a glowing review. I only wish that the other happy residents knew about this website so that they too, good provide glowing reviews.

this review seems a little too glowing to be real. seems like managment or another similar party is trying to do a little damage control here. "more property projectd are being performed in an ongoing manner" - "ongoing efforts to improve the quality of living for the tenants" - how would a resident know of any future projects planned? and i'd like to hear from this reviewer some examples of the "ongoing efforts to improve the quality of living" here. something smells here and it's not just the riverscape apartments.
