Riverscape is not that bad a place. It can be a bit noisy in that there are a bunch of kids around and the complex is situated in-between 2 major roads/highways. It is an older complex, built in the '70 so it is not in the best shape either. But staff is nice, and the maintenance crew is excellent. Things needing fixing are taken care of promptly and done well. They go the extra mile as well - after moving out I had some packages delivered to my old address at Riverscape and they held onto the packages for me until I could go pick them up - very nice, and most appreciated. All in all, not a bad place. There are not a lot of options in the Fulton area, so check out Riverscape, you could do worse...
