horrible we have live here almost 6 months worse apartment ever we have mold in every room mice and are dishwasher broke 3 months ago they still havent fixed it maintance is horrible they hardly ever plow when they do its one pass and they do it at end of day way over priced would not reccomd

Too Many Kids My husband and I lived there for six months. Kids everywhere as well as all their toys littering the sidewalks and stairs. Terrible upkeep. We were unable to get anything fixed! Fulton does not have the best options but if you can find something else that works for you I would highly

happy here I have lived at riverscape for 8 years. my apt. has all the conforts of a home..I love the large windows for the sun to shine in..closet space.. secure feeling having good neighbors.. laundry near by with a good price to do laundry..near all stores and my children homes.. snow removal

Great maintenance staff! Riverscape is not that bad a place. It can be a bit noisy in that there are a bunch of kids around and the complex is situated in-between 2 major roads/highways. It is an older complex, built in the '70 so it is not in the best shape either. But staff is

THE MOST DISGUSTING APARTMENTS IN THE WORLD! I would not recommend anyone to live in these disgusting apartments!! I lived there for only 1 year and had so many issues. The bugs are out of control and maintenance does nothing to fix the problem. Management is rude and completely useless! There

Crappy place to live. 2 of the previous reviewers were correct with the mention of maintainance being less than satisfactory. I had a problem with the air conditioner (wasnt working) and called them about it. I ended up buying and installing my own! Im taking that with me when i leave.....

quiet, cozy and well priced. We have lived at Riverscape for 2 months and so far there has been nothing to complain about. The apartments are quiet and cozy and for an apartment complex we hear nothing from our neighbors, which is a feat as our neighbors have quite a few children and a dog.
