Me and my family have lived in the Carriage Hill Apartments for the past 3 1/2 years. Frank the super is great. He gets your workorders done quickly and never sells your work short. Past supers took forever to get work done! Franks help Fred does good work too. Dan... i dont know how to explain his attitude and work:( Christine the housekeeper keeps the halls and laundry rooms neat. She is also a very hard worker. Lauri is the leasing agent and she gets her share of work done very quickly. She seems to be the only one in the office who knows whats going on. Lets just say Lauri and Boni (Manager) should change job positions. The rent increases about 100 dollars on average per year. It is expensive to live in Carriage Hill, but if you have the money, its the place to be. Thanks Frank, Fred, Lauri and Christine for all your hard work! Its been a pleasure living here.
