While the complex does run on the upper end of "reasonable", consider that you don't pay heat, water or trash and the price doesn't seem very bad anymore given the cost of fuel oil today. I've NEVER seen any roaches, and the complex is well maintained and well kept. The laundry room could sometimes be cleaner but, it's hard to complain about that when the residents are the ones making the mess. Parking is good on my side of the complex although I could see how on the other side of the street it could be farther than some would like.
