I have lived in Carriage Hill for the last 3 years. It is a very pleasant community and happens to be close to my workplace, about 15 minutes away. The community is well maintained and the office staff is friendly and helpful. Recently a new company purchased Carriage Hill and another complex across the street. The new Manager and staff has taken many steps to improve and better maintain the community, and it seems that things operate much more smoothly and efficently with the new staff. They recently vinyl sided the buildings. The price is worth it for the area. It is hard to find something reasonable in Goshen. The apartments are spacious and mostly updated. Service from maintenance is good too. They are on call and will take care of any emergency issues quickly and are friendly. The neighbors are friendly and overall it is a quiet community, which is nice because I work long hours. During the summer there is a pool. Maintenance remodeled the pool bathrooms last summer and they look awesome. Overall I would recommend Carriage Hill to people looking for an apartment. They are comfortable and quite, and worth the money. Plus, I don't have the worries involved in owning a house, someone else mows the lawn, fixes etc. I love it! gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
